Training & Education

The Charity provides its own training courses adapted to the needs of its members.

The Charity also provides PC’s for those on IT courses through our computer literacy scheme. We also provide training in stock control, administration, retail, cash handling and social skills, with the intention of empowering our members to enable them to return to regular employment.

The Charity believes that learning or re-learning social skills is an important part of our work. Members are encouraged to become involved in the work of the charity and to feel part of its success. With the help of HPT we are able to provide skilled support staff who access the needs of individual members, help structure various projects through their professional skills and are invaluable for the experience they bring to the project. The charity is grateful for the support and help it receives.

We fully support the rights of the individual regardless of gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, race or ability.
